An organization can't be established as a successful organization by a single person. It needs helping hand of a group of well wishers. Prochesta also was established with the help of such like minded people. Therefore, Prochesta will always remain grateful to them.

It is worth-mentioning that to form an organisation there must be a dreamer for the concept. Prochesta was first conceptualized by Dr. Debadatta Barkataki. When he was working as a Chemistry teacher of B. Borooah College he was associating with different social organizations. He was also the leader of literacy movement in the state and the country. He conceptualized to form this organization with the help of few like minded persons and finally established this organization.

Dr. Debadatta Barkataki was founder Executive Director of Prochesta. Presently he is supporting the organization as an  adviser.
